Social Outreach Seattle (SOSea) has partnered with IAN Fitness, Washington Hero Project, and members of the Seattle LGBTQ and Allied communities to instruct a series of self defense classes taught by none other than Mac McGregor. The classes are open to all ages, gender and gender identifications, and sexual orientations. The classes are two hours long, fun and very informative.
