Typically, the first question is polite and then they skip quickly into the burning questions about stereotypes, the myths of big tech and of Rovina, being Black in Tech. The tech industry lacks racial diversity; especially tenured Black Americans… so, here we go, the story of a unicorn. Or, so they say.
