The 2019 Next Generation Jazz Orchestra (NGJO) performs “PISTACHIO” (comp. by Drew Zaremba) at Dimitriou’s Jazz Alley in Seattle, WA on July 1, 2019. This illustrious national honor jazz band, sponsored by the Monterey Jazz Festival and normally directed by the amazing Paul Contos, was directed by the incredible George Stone due to a scheduling conflict. Soloists are Ian Munoz (alto sax), Ilai Macaggi (tbn), Ethan Avery (tpt) and Esteban Castro (pno).
