NOTE: I share numbers regarding Seattle’s relative affordability compared to the rest of the country at the end of the video. The City of Seattle home price-to-income ratio is actually quite a bit higher than the US median. However, the metro area (King, Pierce & Snohomish County) numbers are not significantly greater. I’ll discuss this in my next Real Estate News Breakdown.
