Home Prices Fall in Denver CO, Portland OR, Seattle WA, Moody’s Warns on Mortgages

Housing bubble 2.0 in the United States continues to deflate as year-over-year price declines now show up in Denver, Colorado and Portland Oregon. These declines follow previous U.S. cities including San Fransisco, CA, Seattle, WA, and Manhattan, NY that all have seen year-over-year drops in median sale prices. Moody’s is out with a warning that mortgage delinquencies will surge in the coming months.
