Travelers face a wide range of travel security and risk issues when they hit the road and having a good understanding of where they are most vulnerable can help provide the business travel professional with a foundation of reducing these risks.
This presentation will focus on identifying these risks from various perspectives, including:
From the business traveler perspective, so that the travel manager or TMC can better understand the most effective way to help educate the traveler so they are aware of these vulnerabilities prior to
From the hotel management and travel supplier perspective, in order to anticipate and be able to better respond to direct questions regarding security and safety issues that could impact their hotel, facility, or service they provide their clients. By being proactive and informed in this area may translate into competitive advantage within their industry.
The business travel market offers an array of products and services that allow organizations to manage many of these risks, however, seeing these risks up front and personal can help an organization more effectively plan and respond effectively when faced with adverse events – prior to occurring.
