– Hiked the black diamond Heather Park Loop and Sol Duc Falls trail at the Olympic National Park
– Drove through Olympic Nation Forest (one of the most beautiful drives we’ve ever seen)
– Visited Lake Crescent
– Ate the best xiao long baos at Din Tai Fung (Bellevue)
– Sought comfort Chinese food in Seattle Chinatown at Honey Court Seafood Restaurant
– Visited Pike Place Market and had many baked hom baos at Mee Sum Pastry
– Grabbed awesome boba tea at Oasis Tea Zone
– Devoured the BEST egg tarts we’ve ever had at Tofu 101
