Bainbridge Island | Washington Day Trip from Seattle

We had a day trip to Bainbridge Island, Washington from Seattle. I hadn’t been to Bainbridge Island in a while, even though I basically grew up in Seattle and the Pacific Northwest. My friends recommended a bunch of things to do in Bainbridge Island, so on Sunday morning, I took the Seattle ferry to Bainbridge and met my family.

We ended up going to the Bloedel Reserve (a classic Bainridge tourist must-do), getting food at The Harbour Public House restaurant, braving the line for some amazing Mora Ice Cream, walking around downtown, and then stopping by Poulsbo on our way back to the ferry.

This was a great way to get away from the city and relax while also exploring the pacific northwest (even though I love Seattle). Cheers to traveling locally and Washington State tourism 🙂
